The AM Retractable Spray Nozzles (RSN) are retractable cleaning devices specifically intended for use in harsh and heavily dust laden environments (cyclones, reactors, storage vessels, ducts, etc).

Example of operation of the AM Retractable Spray Nozzles (RSN). – On the left: when the cleaning medium is not supplied to the nozzle, the spray head is retracted and does not interfere with the process inside the equipment. – On the right: when the cleaning medium is supplied to the nozzle, the spray head pops out; the spray pattern is designed to clean also backwards, eliminating the blind spot behind the spray head. When the cleaning medium supply is removed, the spray head immediately retracts, with no leakage or dripping inside the equipment.
Retractable Spray Nozzles Families
AM Atomizers RSN nozzles are available in two main families:
- with rear liquid inlet with calibrated spring drive – RI
- with Side liquid inlet with combined drive pneumatic cylinder and positioning control with solid state sensor – SI
Both of these two categories are available in high flow capacity and low flow capacity.
